INGREDIENTS
>>>For the sliders:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
Dan-O’s seasoning
Worcestershire sauce
8 small brioche slider buns
4 slices of American cheese
Butter (for brushing)
>>>For the sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon relish
1 clove garlic, minced
Dan-O’s seasoning (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Season with Dan-O’s seasoning and a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor. Cook the meat thoroughly.
Step 2: Once the meat is cooked, drain any excess grease and pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 3: In a small bowl, prepare the burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, minced garlic, and a dash of Dan-O’s seasoning. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
Step 4: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 5: Cut the brioche slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Step 6: Lay a slice of American cheese on each bun bottom. Spoon the cooked ground beef onto the cheese-covered bun bottoms. Add more cheese on top of the beef.
Step 7: Place the bun tops on the sliders, creating little sandwiches. Brush the tops of the buns with a little melted butter for a golden finish.
Step 8: Bake the assembled sliders in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted.
Step 9: Serve the Cheeseburger Sliders with the prepared burger sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling.
